Concrete Experience
The sixteenth week marked the final week of our internship at the CENRO office. We concluded our internship journey by presenting an accomplishment report highlighting our experiences and contributions during our stay to the head of water resources management and coastal resources management. This report included our involvement in numerous water sampling activities conducted in different rivers and resorts, as well as the completion of our assigned projects. I coordinated with my fellow interns regarding the presentation. I assigned the creation of the PowerPoint presentation to one of my fellow interns to help him catch up on his remaining practicum requirements due to time constraints. As with our previous presentations, I volunteered to serve as the presenter, as it had already become a familiar role for me whenever presentations were conducted.

Reflective Observation
Through this experience, I learned that every effort, despite how challenging or demanding it may be, contributes to a job well done. Our internship required teamwork, responsibility, and dedication, especially during fieldwork, report preparation, and presentations. By giving my best in every task assigned to me, I realized that consistent effort leads to meaningful results. This experience taught me the value of commitment and perseverance, and how putting genuine effort into every responsibility helps ensure the success of the entire team. Through our initiatives, we were able to contribute in practical ways to the improvement of office operations and to the communities served by the CENRO. We received our certificates of completion, and we felt proud knowing that we achieved them through hard work and challenges. It was a rewarding experience to have our efforts recognized.

From this experience, I developed a clearer understanding of how effective performance in a professional environment relies on coordination, accountability, and proper time management. Presenting an accomplishment report required not only knowledge of the tasks completed but also clear communication and teamwork. I learned that assigning roles based on individual circumstances and capabilities helps ensure that responsibilities are completed efficiently. This experience emphasized the importance of initiative, organization, and consistency in accomplishing tasks and meeting institutional expectations.
